Big Band RTS plays in Svilajnac
RTS Big Band will perform at a concert in Svilajnac, as part of the event “Kulturno-zabavno leto 2021” (Cultural-Entertaining Summer 2021), organized by the Cultural Center of this city.
The concert will be held on Stevan Sindjelic Square, on August 19th, starting at 9 pm. The audience will have the opportunity to hear songs from the CD of this ensemble, which is called “Balkan soul”. These are compositions of traditional original music arranged for the RTS Big Band.
Among the well-known songs, the audience will have the opportunity to hear well-known folk melodies, among which are “Svilen konac” (Silk thread), “Zajdi, zajdi”, “Đelem, đelem” and others.
Cultural Center of Svilajnac organizes a series of various programs every summer, and “Kulturno-zabavno leto 2021” is one of them.
