“CAREVAC IN VRACAR”
The European Heritage Days are celebrated in most European countries with programs aiming to present and bring closer the cultural heritage to the general public in European countries and highlighting the unity of diversity belonging the common European heritage, as one of the most essential characteristics of the European identity.
The theme of the 2019 European Heritage Days is “Arts and Entertainment”. This theme will cover different aspects of heritage dedicated to art and entertainment and will enable us, while enjoying cultural content, to escape from our daily lives and awake creators, heritage protectors, art connoisseurs within ourselves.
For the second year in a row, the Municipality of Vracar will take part in a number of programs which include performances of the National Orchestra of Radio Television of Serbia, under the guidance of accordionist Vlado Panovic, and prominent soloist Ana Bekuta, as well as the young talented singer Aleksandar Tirnanic and Katarina Bogdanovic and violinist Tadija Mutavdzic – winners at the music festival “Days of Carevic”.
The concert entitled “Carevac in Vracar” is thematically dedicated to urban songs and romances performed by the Radio Belgrade National Orchestra, headed by legendary violinist Vlastimir Pavlovic.
The concert “Carevac in Vracar” will be held on Friday, September 20, 2019 on the plateau in front of St. Sava Temple starting at 7 pm.
