The concert that will definitely mark this year is the world premiere and promotion of the CD release of Big Band RTS and the famous saxophonist Frančesko Santući – New Seasons. Together with pianist Massimo Tempia and conductor Gabriele Comeglio, on November 8, in the Kolarac Concert Hall, starting at 8 p.m., they will present Antonio Vivaldi’s Four Seasons and Gabriel Fauré’s famous Pavane in a new sound that will reveal Santucci’s original music. These are six new compositions in the great sound of Big Band RTS, which the composer said is the “secret ingredient” of an excellent interpretation of this release. “I didn’t want to come up with too many original songs and I didn’t want to play the hundredth version of standards always performed.” said Santucci. This is an opportunity to hear Big Band RTS and these great interpreters in a different sound, and Francesco Santucci as a creator, who recognized Vivaldi and Fauré as composers whose music he “translated” into his musical language.
