Ana Bogdanović Radić

Ana Bogdanović Radić studied the flute in the class of Prof. Raymond Guiot at the Conservatoire Hector Berlioz in Paris, where she earned the Diplôme Supérieur. She graduated from the Faculty of Music in Belgrade in 1994, and earned her master’s degree in 1996 in the class of Prof. Tahir Kulenović. She received the award from the Jakov Srejović fund for the best graduation exam, as well as from the Bruno Brun fund for the best master’s exam. As a long-term scholarship holder at the International Summer Academy of Nice, she has been a student of Alain Marion, Raymong Giuot, Jean-Loup Grégoire and Trevor Wye.

During her studies, she worked as a teaching assistant in the class of Tahir Kulenović at the Faculty of Music in Belgrade, and as a teacher at the Mokranjac Music School in Belgrade from 2001 to 2008.


She was a jury member at numerous competitions and has held multiple masterclasses.


She was the principal flute of the RTS Symphony Orchestra from 1994 to 2019, when she came to be the editor-in-chief of the RTS Music Production.


As a solo flute player of the RTS Symphony Orchestra, she has performed with many prominent conductors and soloists in Serbia and abroad, and has produced several permanent recordings for Radio Belgrade and PGP RTS.


For a number of years, she was the principal, solo flute of the Orchestra of the Opera and Ballet of the National Theatre in Belgrade. As an active member of the orchestra, she has collaborated with every orchestra in Belgrade, as well as with the Montenegrin Symphony Orchestra.


She has held a great number of solo and chamber concerts. As a soloist, she has performed with the RTS Symphony Orchestra, the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Artistic Ensemble of the Serbian Army Stanislav Binički.


She has received various awards, including the Award for Orchestral Artists (2014) of the Association of Orchestral Musicians of Serbia.
