Children’s Choir “Kolibri” Concert at the “Grad knjige” Festival

As part of the “Grad knjige” festival, which is held in the Lower Town of the Petrovaradin Fortress (also known as Gradić), the “Kolibri” choir will perform. This ensemble will perform on the “Children’s Stage,” and the program will feature musical hits from their repertoire, including “Zakleo se bumbar”, “Ivin voz”, and “Vuče, vuče”, as well as songs written to the verses of poets. The concert will take place on September 18th, starting at 3:00 PM.

The “City of Books” festival is designed to present literary creation through various forms of art. As part of the program on the main street (Beogradska Street), a book fair will be organized. On the “Main Stage,” the most important domestic, regional, and European writers will perform. On the “Theater Stage,” plays based on literary works will be staged by the Serbian National Theatre and the Theatre of the Youth from Novi Sad, and the audience will also have the opportunity to see a monodrama performed by Petar Božović.

At the “Cinema,” screenings of films based on literary works will be held, while on the “Children’s Stage,” in addition to the performance by the “Kolibri” choir, children’s fairy tales will be read by actors Voja Brajović and Zijah Sokolović.
