Monika Lašanc

Assistant to the Executive Director of the RTS Music Production for Promotion

Monika Lašanc graduated in 1998 and earned a master's degree in 2000 at the Department of Wind Instruments – Flute, of the Faculty of Music in Belgrade.

Since 2014, she has been engaged as an expert consultant of the RTS Music Production, and from 2025 as Assistant to the Executive Director of the RTS Music Production for Promotio in charge of the ensemble’s concert season content design, as well as the organization and promotion of its activities.

As the leader of the media promotion campaign of the RTS Music Production and its ensembles through website, social networks, and electronic media, she is responsible for defining the visual identity of all ensemble campaigns. Since 2014, she has realized more than five hundred promotional campaigns, including world-renowned stars Ivo Pogorelić, Martha Argerich, Simon Trpčeski, Stefan Milenkovic, Denis Matsuev, Andrea Bocelli, Anna Netrebko, Roman Simović, Željko Lučić, Yasmin Levy, Bobby Shew, John Marshall and others.

She is the coordinator of the Young and Successful (Mladi i uspešni) campaign of the RTS Music Production, which aims to promote young artists in concert and media, as well as the coordinator of the Contest for Composers (Konkurs za kompozitore), which aims to affirm the new creations of contemporary local artists in concert, thus actively working towards the promotion and archiving of national musical heritage.

She is the producer of various CD releases by the RTS Music Production ensembles (The Legend of Ohrid by Stevan Hristić, performed by the RTS Symphony Orchestra and Choir; Dvoržak, performed by the RTS Symphony Orchestra; RTS Symphony Orchestra and Maja Bogdanović, New Seasons, performed by Big Band RTS and Francesco Santucci, Choir Kolibri – Najlepša luka, and RTS Symphony Orchestra and Stanko Madić).

She is the producer of numerous spectacle concerts by the RTS Music Production ensemble (Budapest in Belgrade) (Budimpešta u Beogradu), Movie Magic (Filmska čarolija), Cartoon music (Sviramo crtaće), A masked ball (Bal pod maskama), etc.).

She has trained in master classes with the most eminent performers, including János Bálint (Hungary), Kathleen Chastain (USA), Emmanuel Pahud (Switzerland), Michel Debost (France), etc.

She is the youngest winner of the city of Zrenjanin October Award (Oktobarska nagrada) for exceptional musical creativity (1993). She has received the award from the Jakov Srejović Fund as the best student at the Department of Wind Instruments (1998), and from the Bruno Brun Fund for the best master’s degree at the Department of Wind Instruments (2000).
