Spend a romantic musical evening with the RTS Symphony Orchestra and Choir and maestro Bojan Suđić! The soloist at the concert will be a young up-and-coming pianist, Bogdan Dugalić, who will present himself to the audience through the interpretation of two pieces – the attractive “Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini” by Sergei Rachmaninoff and the irresistible “Rhapsody in Blue” by George Gershwin. In addition to these pieces, the famous composition “Vocalize” by Sergei Rachmaninoff will also be performed at the concert, which, due to its richness, has undergone numerous transcriptions for different ensembles. The program also includes the world-famous hit “Summertime” from Gershwin’s opera “Porgy and Bess”, which will be performed by a special guest soloist, our famous jazzer, the first trumpeter of the RTS Big Band, who played with world-famous performers of the jazz scene. – Marko Djordjevic. At the end of the concert, we will take you into the world of the music of the master of musicals. This time we chose the Candide overture from the works of Leonard Bernstein.
