The RTS Big Band and Chorus will round off the musical year 2022 with an attractive New Year’s concert, where tracks from famous musicals and operas by George Gershwin and Kurt Weill will be performed.

The music of these composers has long gone beyond classical theater. Many fragments that will be performed at the concert have already become a recognizable part of popular music culture, and some of them are still heard today as unforgettable movie themes. The audience will have the opportunity to listen to well-known excerpts in completely new arrangements, made especially for this concert, and the RTS Music Production ensembles will sound in a completely new way.

The concert will be held in the Great Hall of the Kolarac Endowment on December 28 at 8 p.m. Filip Bulatović will conduct, and Vinka Marinović and Dragan Vučelić will be the presenters.
