On Wednesday, 6 June, at 20:00 in the Kombank Hall, the most beautiful folk songs and selected traditional compositions will be performed by the vocal soloists Biljana Krstic and Ivan Milinkovic, accompanied by the Folk Orchestra of Radio Television of Serbia under the management of Vlada Panovic.

Biljana Krstic has been present on our music scene for many years. She was a permanent member of the groups Suncokret and Rani Mraz. For more than fifteen years, she’s been promoting, along with Bistrik orchestra, our ethnomusicology in the best possible way. She has successfully combined our folk tradition and contemporary tendencies. Biljana Krstic has received numerous recognitions and awards.

Ivan Milinkovic has successfully performed for nine years in the Opera of the National Theatre in Belgrade, as a soloist in supporting and leading roles. He made the most perceived appearances with the group “Legende” with which he has been performing for a long time. Milinkovic has a status of a prominent artist, numerous awards and recognitions, and above all, the beautiful songs that marked his career.

For the first time, Bilja Krstic and Ivan Milinkovic perform on the day-long concert, accompanied by the Folk Orchestra of Radio Television of Serbia with the eight-decade long tradition, rich repertoire, and unique sound, and soloist on accordion Vlada Panovic, as a leading performer.
